• Returns must be made using a trackable shipping method.
• Product Packing Slip, Copy of Receipt and all product packaging (including boxes, cello bag, etc.) must be returned with the item.
• Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.
• Items that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for returned for return.
• A restocking fee of $10 will apply to each item returned and shall be deducted from the return amount applied to the credit card used at check out.

Availability is noted on each product's detail page and denotes the time-frame in which such product should be shipped from the warehouse. Once a product leaves our warehouse, the shipping method stated in the check-out process should determine the product's arrival date.
